I can access RMG Plus on one device, but not others

Since Apple, Google, Roku and Amazon don't allow developers direct access to their subscription payment systems, you need to open the RoverRadio app on a device where you purchased the subscription after each renewal in order for the app to notify our servers the subscription has renewed. You will then be able to login on other devices using the email and password you have linked inside the app.

For instance, if you purchased an RMG Plus subscription inside the app on your iPhone, you'll need to open the RoverRadio app on your iPhone once after each time the subscription renews.

If you can continue to access Plus on the device where you purchased the subscription, but not on the website or other devices, Log Out of the RoverRadio app on the device where the subscription was purchased (click Settings in the app, then Log Out) then click Create Account or Login, then "I Have a RoverRadio.com Account' to login again.

To avoid this issue altogether, consider cancelling the subscription on the mobile device platform and purchase one directly through RoverRadio.com.
